No firsthand knowledge, and there were a few "Hamilton" glass works, but I suspect the leading candidate for this soda would be the Hamilton Glass Works in Brooklyn at the corner of Hamilton Ave. and Smith Streets. Bill Lockhart and Bill Lindsey, et, al. cite this glass works to have been open from 1851-54.
