Turner's Displayed at Auburn





Here are a few of the Turner's squares displayed at the Auburn Bottle Show.
Take a look at the aqua iron pontil example on the left displayed by Richard Siri.
First one of those I have ever seen!
(Do you think Bill might have added to many zero's to the price tag on his Turner's ?)

    Yeah, a few too many. IMO, there is NO Turner's worth 28C, let alone 28K. I can't recall gettin more'n 5-6Cs for one, and usually less. Dug and sold 3 of 'em over the decades, but it's been a few years. Warren F. got the last one.
    I know a spot in the high country that should kick out a few more, but it'll have to wait 'til Spring thaw and then some. Not to worry, they ain't goin' anywhere.
